Marilyn Lee White

Biography:

Brunswick - Marilyn L White, died February 17th at Horizons Rehabilitation after battling with Parkinson’s for many years. She was born on June 27, 1944 in Portland, ME. She was the daughter of Leroy E. Sylvester and Beverly York (Merrill) Sylvester.

Marilyn graduated from South Portland High School. She got married after school and had 4 children. She worked at L.L. Bean for a little while as a seamstress. She Loved playing Yahtzee with her life long friend, Sharon Dwyre. Marilyn loved crafting and cooking. She loved sharing what she made with family and friends. Marilyn loved being a mother and being with her family.

She is predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth Diane Brown and her children, Wendy Miles, Kim Hibbard, Susan Harlow and Debbie Cates. She is survived by 8 Grandchildren and 10 Great  grandchildren.

A service with be scheduled later this summer.
