James K. Summers

Biography:

Jamie K. Summers of Auburn due to a heart attack was pronounced dead at CMMC, March 20th, 2023. He was born in Jacksonville, Texas, August 5th, 1973, son of Park Summers and Lucie (Pleau) Summers.

He was educated in Lewiston and Auburn schools. He loved listening to music, playing his guitar amd working on cars. His greatest love was his two children, Micah and Jessi.

He had great work ethics. Due to a work injury he became addicted to opioids and he fought a hard and long battle and overcame his addiction. His family was so proud of him. His sister and brother-in-law were his inspiration.

Growing up with many childhood friends, he would remininsce and talk about the good times he had. His caring about others led him to donate his organs to help people survive. No words can express how deeply he will be missed, especially by his mother.

He was predeceased by his father, Park. L. Summers and grandparents, Floyce Summers, Park B. Summers, Yvette Pleau and Arthur Pleau senior. Cousin, Raymond Bouchard, ex-mother-in-law, Marilyn (Lovely) Trundy and ex-father-in-law Ellsworth Trundy.

He is survived by his mother, Lucie Summers of Auburn, his children Micah Summers of Auburn, and Jessi Summers of Poland, ex-wife Brenda Jenkins of Poland, sister Jennifer Hawley of Auburn, brother-in-law Michael Hawley of Auburn, nephews, Jacob Hawley of Auburn and Joshua Hawley of Lewiston. His aunt and uncle, Suzanne and David Searcy of Texas, his uncle Paul S. Summers of Texas, his aunts, Connie Pleau of Auburn, Claudette Clements of Waterville, Terry Bradstreet of Rhode Island and uncle Arthur Pleau. Also many cousins.
