Regina M. Saucier

Biography:

LISBON-Regina M. Saucier, 101, of Lewiston, passed away on Jan. 8^th, 2013 at the Lamp Alzheimer's Residential Care Facility, with her daughter by her side.

She was born on Oct. 22^nd, 1911 in Fort Kent to parents William and Elizabeth (Marquis) Roy.

Regina enjoyed watching NASCAR, and knitting slippers and mittens to donate to the Salvation Army. She loved reading her Bible.

For 24 years, she worked at the Hill Mill, where she was a loomer.

Regina was predeceased by her husband Henry Vaillancourt; second husband, Walter Saucier; four brothers; and two sisters.

She is survived by a daughter, Rhona Beauchesne.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Lamp for their love and care.

At Regina’s request, there will be no services. Donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association Maine Chapter, 383 US Route One, Suite 2C Scarborough, ME 04074
