Biography:

LEWISTON – With great sadness we announce the passing of our brother, Michael Roberts, who had been missing since late 2019.

He was born Jan. 8, 1957 to Minard Roberts Jr., and Ruth (Danforth) Roberts.

He was predeceased by both parents; paternal grandparents Minard Roberts Sr. and Ethel (Wilson) Roberts, maternal grandparents Daniel Danforth and Nettie (Gown) Fritz.

He is survived by his daughters Kristy and Sarah; his siblings Kenneth and wife Sandra, Edward, Linda (Roberts) Newton and husband Leon, Thomas and wife Dianne, Patricia (Roberts) Conant, Janice (Roberts) Hatch; and aunt, Roberta (Roberts) Ross.

We wish to thank the Lewiston Police Department, State Police Dept., and the Medical Examiners Office for their work they gave, to give us closure of his disappearance. A special thank you to the person who found him and made it possible for our closure.

There will be a celebration of life on Friday April 18 from 3 to 5 p.m. and Funeral Alternatives on 25 Tampa St., Lewiston, ME 04240.
