Biography:
AUBURN-Roland A. Ridley Sr., 62, of Lisbon passed away on April 27th, 2015 at the Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn.
He was born in Lewiston on April 19th, 1953 a son of the late Leonard Sr. and Roberta (Darling) Ridley. He grew up and attended schools in the Lisbon area. He will always be remembered for his storytelling and incredible sense of humor.
He is survived by his seven children: Lisa and her husband Kevin Dunphy, Roland Jr. and his wife Amber Ridley, Angela (Ridley) Ouellette and her fiancé Shawn St. Amant, Sarah Ridley and her partner Kevin Warren, Ashley Ridley, Haley and her husband Sean Bissonault, and Nicholas Ridley; eight grandchildren: Dalton and Taylor Dunphy, Delanie, Kyleigh, and Arriana Oulette, McKenna St. Amant, Emily Warren, and Wyatt Boissenault; a brother, Everette and his wife Vicki Ridley; a sister Tina and her husband John Berger
Roland was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Leonard Jr.
The family would like to thank the Androscoggin Hospice House, and Roland’s home nurse, Holly House.
Visiting hours will be held at St. Mathews Church 496 Lisbon St, Lisbon Falls, ME on Friday May 1st, from 11-1pm followed by a celebration of life at 1pm also at the church.
