Biography:

Carl P. Reny, 51, of 142 Rideout Avenue, passed away unexpectedly on July 24^th, 2011.

He was born in Lewiston on May 15^th, 1960 the son of Gerard and Madeleine (Delorge) Reny.  Carl graduated  from Lewiston High School . He was employed as a meat cutter for Hannaford in Lewiston for 27 years. He was a member of Holy Family Church. He enjoyed watching sports, playing fantasy football and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was also a long time member of the Past Time Club.

Carl is survived by his daughters  Chantel Reny and her partner Tim Whitney, Danielle Reny and her partner Don Ellis; his parents; sister Susan Reny and her companion Sally Bartlett of Poland; grandchildren Aizik, Kiley, Makenna, Aleksus; and nephew Benjamin Chick-Reny of Lewiston. He was predeceased by a brother Scott Reny.

Carl was a loving and devoted father and uncle.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Thursday, July 28^th,  at 1:30 PM at Funeral Alternatives, 25 Tampa Street, Lewiston.
