Biography:

On July 3 Frieda Shaw Raymond passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer’s/dementia. She was born on August 25, 1939 on Cape Breton Island in her beloved Canada . She graduated from Edward Little in 1959
She is survived by two children. Donald W Damon Jr , and
Shawn Colleen Damon . Also
Friedas partner of 38 years , Sammy Smith ,and many grandchildren as well as great grandchildren . Also a special best friend Elżbieta Grudzień of Warsaw , Poland .
She was Pre-deceased, by two other children…Wendy Damon and Ralph Raymond , As well as her sister Martha , also from Canada .
At this time the family would like to thank Odd Fellows nursing home for the care they gave her over the past several years . As well as her hospice care team at CMMC unit T-3
We were able to be there and hold her hand until she passed with guidance from such special angels.
