As the cold winters took their toll on Raymond, he took a position with the then Pioneer Plastics. He enjoyed his work and great friendships that were made, until his retirement

For Raymond retirement wouldn't last long as he took a job as a courier for FISC. He said it was his favorite job, one in which he looked forward to each day, greeting 'the ladies" at all the bank stops on his route. Raymond was also a member of the Kora Shrine and Arab Patrol. He was proud of his membership in an organization that has helped so many children and their families.

Raymond's family wishes to thank Helping Hands, especially Olga, Lidiya and Paula. "The Girls" took such great care of their father for the last few years, treating him with loving kindness and respect. They would also like to thank Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice and Lisa for the daily care of Raymond and the family during the last few difficult days.

Raymond was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was a generous and kind soul who will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to have known him. Rest in Peace "Big G"
