Karen Ann Nelson (aka Nelson or Nellie) of Oxford Maine died on Tuesday March 25th at Stephen's Memorial Hospital at the age of 65

Born March 1st 1960 in Portland, Maine

Pre deceased by her parents George & Marion Toothaker Her brother Steven Toothaker all of Oxford, Maine
She leaves behind her long time partner Joe Long, her two daughters Kerstin Thorne and Danielle Nelson plus her son Ryan Cash grandchildren Tristen Thorne, Kailee Nelson, Ryder Cash and Gage Long Great Grandson Kolton Lamb
Plus 3 brothers Jim Toothaker ( Sandy) of Buckfield Billy Toothaker of Oxford David Toothaker (Patti) of Waterford and Lisa Burch ( Paul) of Chesapeake, Va. and many other family members

Karen went to Oxford Hills High school class of 79. Karen had many friends and in her younger days you might say she was the life of the party . She previously worked at Norway Laundry, Big Apple, Wilners Wood Product , Mecon, veterans home, and Nouria as a manager . She was a happy and proud mom and grandma. Nothing gave her more joy than to visit with them. Joe was the love of her life and they had spent 21 wonderful years together. Karen loved to spend time binge watching Law n Order SVU or any Lifetime movie. She loved her Diet Pepsi and Funny Bones. Her laugh was contagious and her storytelling even better.
