Claudette Anna Morissette

Biography:

Wales, ME- Claudette A Morissette passed away unexpectedly on September 25th, 2024, with her family by her side. Claudette lived in Wales ME with her husband Lee Morissette of 44 years. 

Claudette was born on June 21, 1963, in Lewiston ME. Claudette is survived by parents Paul & Jeanne Mathieu of Lewiston ME.  Her Husband Lee Morissette, two children Gerard Morissette & spouse Jessica Morissette of Readfield Me.  Mark Morissette & spouse Pamela Morissette of Lewiston Me.  Grandchildren Brockton Morissette, Jaydon Morissette, Zachary Morissette, Dylan Morissette and her beloved dog Izzy.  Brother Gerry & spouse Donna Mathieu and family of Sabattus Me. Sister Cathy & spouse Paul Cote and family of Monmouth Me.  & Sister Debbie Lesniak and family of NH.

Claudette owned and operated a home-based daycare center for nearly 20 years.  She was an Intensive Case Manager with the State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services and most recently an Intensive Case Manager with FED CAP in Lewiston ME. 

Claudette enjoyed spending time at the family camps fishing, boating, sitting at the campfire, driving the tote roads up north and exploring the wilderness with her four grandsons and husband.  Claudette was a kind and loving women who always put other people ahead of herself. She made the life of everyone around her easier and full of love and endearment. Claudette will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her. May she rest in peace knowing that she will always be loved and never forgotten.

Following Claudette’s wishes there will be no public services, she is to be cremated and remain with her husband at the family home.
