Biography:

Geneva P. Martineau—Lewiston—Geneva Pierette Martineau of Lewiston died Sunday March 18 at D'Youville Pavilion in Lewiston. She was born on February 28, 1930 in Wallagrass to Josephl and Julia  Michaud Saucier. Geneva enjoyed spending the holiday and special events with her family. She retired from JCPenny while living in Vero Beach, Florida. Geneva was predeceased by her husband, Roger Martineau who died on October 29, 2017 and her sister Jeannine LeCour. Survivors include her sisters, Lorraine Young, Lucille Paquette, sisters-in-law Jeannine Malier, Irene Gosselin, Lydia Martineau and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 6 at 11 a.m. at the Basilica of Sts. Peter and Paul, Ash Street, Lewiston. Burial in St. Peter Cemetery will be private.
