Biography:

Claire T. Kennedy—Lewiston—Claire T. Kennedy, of Webster Street, died Friday, June 2 in Auburn. She was born in Holyoke, MA on November 12, 1934. Claire was educated in the Holyoke schools and graduated from Holy Rosary High School. She worked in various office jobs and when retired moved with her family to Maine in 1999. Claire was married to John Kennedy Sr. for 49 years before his passing in 2003. She enjoyed her home life and her family as well as doing puzzles. Survivors include her sons, John Jr. and Brian, grandchildren, Sarah, Heather, Robyn and Katie, great grandchildren, Jazmin, Damien, Junior, Logan, Quinn, Sydney and Ian and a brother, Thomas McNiff. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 8 at 11 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, Lisbon Street, Lewiston. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Lewiston. In lieu of flowers donations in Claire's memory may be made to Androscoggin Hospice, 15 Strawberry Avenue, Lewiston, Maine 04240. Arrangements by Funeral Alternatives, Lewiston.
