Winston B. Jasper

Biography:

Winston B. Jasper, 87, of Hartford, ME passed away at home on July 12, 2013.

 

He was born on Dec, 31^st, 1925 in Auburn to Walter and Marguerite (Blanchard) Jasper.

 

Winston was a longtime member of the VFW. He enjoyed playing cards, game shows, bird watching, taking care of his dogs and cats, and especially playing with his great grandchildren.

 

Winston worked as a hyster driver for Boise Cascade, formerly known as Oxford Paper Company, retiring in 1985.

 

He was predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Joan E. (McKeen) Jasper; two sisters, Arlene Rose and Barbara Harmon; and a brother, Walter Jasper.

 

Winston is survived by four sons, Daniel, Peter, Timothy, and Michael; two daughters, Penny and Patty; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and a sister, Rose Rivers.
