Biography:

Dale D. Harris—Minot—Dale D. Harris, 54, of Minot, passed away peacefully on June 3rd in Binghamton NY with family by his side, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on August 10, 1962 in Norway, to Dwight Harris and Ellen Tarr. He was a graduate of Leavitt Area High School and proudly served in the US Army from 1980-1982, spending time stationed in Texas and Germany. On July 16th, he married his high school sweetheart, Debbie Sekora Harris, of Binghamton, NY. They were blessed to have been reunited and made each other so happy this past year. Dale loved spending time "downback" on his land in Minot. It was his happy place. He was a jack of all trades and loved lending a helping hand to all his friends and family. He loved fishing, carpentry, working on vehicles, The Patriots and Red Sox. He especially loved spending time with his family and friends. He was predeceased by his "Gram" Doris Harris of Minot. Dale is survived by his wife Debbie; his daughter, Tia McCulley and her husband Kevin; son Benjamin Harris and his fiancé Chelsey St. Amour, his step-daughter Sasha Noble; the mother of his children and friend, Doreen Riggs; his parents, Dwight and Carol Harris; his brothers, Dana Harris, Dean Harris, Paul Lessard and David Dorey; lifelong friends, Keith Terenzoni, Tykey and True Ridley, Mike and Peggy Jordan, Tina Terenzoni; his extended Ohana in Hawaii; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many friends. A special thank you to everyone at the Dempsey Center for giving Dale his "safe Place" during this journey. There will be a private Celebration of Life with close family and friends.
