Biography:
Augusta- Patrick Guimond, 60, of Whitefield Maine passed away unexpectedly on July 5, 2024 at his home.
Patrick was born in Augusta Maine to parents Laurier and Vivian (Tondreau) Guimond on May 13, 1964.
Patrick was a welder by trade for many years, buy due to a work injury, he sought employment with less physical strain. This is where he found his true calling with his “family” at “Where-M-I” non-emergency Medical Transport. He enjoyed great rapport with the crew and looked forward to chatting with his many clients.
Patrick enjoyed riding his Harley anytime; anywhere. He loved cooking and could often be seen out with his hot dog cart; “The Lunchbox” where his nachos were a favorite to all. He was truly the master of his grill; every burger and steak cooked to perfection. Spaghetti dinners were a family favorite, and his award-winning chili was voted the best several times. His true love was for his wife, family, and friends and his little dog Lulu Belle.
Patrick was predeceased by his former wife and the mother of his beloved son Josh, Sandra Conlay Guimond. His brother Daniel Guimond, his father Laurier Guimond, and his stepmother Jean, his parents-in-law Paul and Winnie Bechard, his stepdaughter Amanda Bechard, as well as several friends.
He is survived by his wife and best friend Tina Brann-Guimond of Whitefield, his son Joshua (Courtney) Guimond of Augusta, his mother Vivian Guimond of Augusta, his sister-in-law Gladys Guimond of Augusta, his brother Vic (Julie) Guimond of Sidney, stepson Paul Brann and his wife Elena and their children Celina, Daniel, Delilah, and Alden of West Gardiner. Amanda’s children Kylie and Kameron, sister-in-Law Sandy Donovan (Lee) and their daughter Joy and Erica and their families, brother-in-law John Bechard, as well as many friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Patrick will be interred in the family plot at 139 Townsend Road, Augusta, Maine at a time and date to be announced. All are welcome.
