Claire K. Goodwin

Biography:

Claire K. Goodwin, 86, of Fairview Ave., died on January 29th, 2015 at Glenridge.

She was born in Rumford, the daughter of Bartholomew C. and Claire (Grondin) Kirkpatrick.

Mrs. Goodwin was a graduate of Lewiston High School, Auburn School of Commerce, and held undergraduate and graduate  degrees in Education from the University of Maine. She was a member and past president of the Maine Medical Record Assoc. as well as a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators. She was on the Administrative Staff of Kennebec Valley Medical Center and the Kennebec Health System for over 25 years until her retirement in 1990.

Claire is survived by a nephew , Stephen E. Vermette of Lewiston and several cousins.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the family lot at St. James Cemetery, Thomaston.
