Biography:

Cecil J Gilliam Sr, 73 of Bath, passed away on December 7,2024 at home. He was born January 28,1951 to Robert Nelson Gilliam Sr and Roberta Frances Doughty.

Cecil worked a variety of jobs including, but not limited to mossing, housekeeping at The Stowe House, cooking at Richard's Restaurant in Brunswick and Pat's Pizza in Topsham. Cecil most recently worked for the City of Bath Parks and Cemeteries from 1986-2024. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and diamond painting.

Cecil was predeceased by his parents, a brother Willis Gilliam and a sister Cindy Brown. Surviving is his wife of 25 years Wanita Gilliam, Daughter Robin (William) of Silver Springs, Fla, stepsons Heath of Richmond, Ca., Steven of Bradford, NH, Tristan (Ashlea) of Tennessee, Nickolas of Bath, Me and Cecil Jr (Autumn) of Norway, Me. Also are 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, many brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. He made special friends with crew at Bath Parks and Cemeteries and special friend Tenlee Delano.
