Biography:

Germaine Dion Farrell, born August 27, 1940 in Pawtucket Rhode Island, died on February 1, 2025.

She moved to Maine in 1970 and in 1972 she married her late husband Irenee Dion.

She is predeceased by her son Justin Farrell, five brothers Rene, Laurent, Germain, Paul, as well as Roger Berthelette, two sisters Laudia Beland, and Jeanine Johnson.

She is survived by her daughter Louise Dion, her daughter's boyfriend Tom Nadeau, five sisters Theresa Berthelette, Solange Bertrand, Grace Doyon, Irene Berthelette and and Carol Aliskevicz, one brother Romain Berthelette, many nieces and nephews, granddaughter Saré Parlin. Her boyfriend Kasey Macmaster, and Nikia Farrell. Two great grandchildren, Elliana and Jamison Macmaster.

Funeral services will be held at Saint Augustine Church on February 15th, and burial will be at Maine Veterans' Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Alfond Center in Augusta, ME or Topsham Healthcare, Topsham, ME.
