Biography:

Charles A. Duffy, Jr. – Vietnam Veteran and longtime resident of Sabattus, died peacefully at his home on August 4, 2024. He was born in Cambridge, MA on November 13, 1948 and he was the son of the late Charles A. Duffy, Sr. and the late Barbara (Walker) Duffy. He grew up in Arlington, MA and was a longtime resident of Stoneham, MA before settling down in Sabattus, ME. He loved music, he loved to dance, and he was an avid Portland Seadogs fan. He is survived by his son, Brian Duffy and his partner Jennifer Patuleia, his sisters, Karen (Diane) Butler and her husband Dave and Cynthia Everett and her husband James, and his loving partner Kathy Porell of Sabattus. An hour of visitation will be held on Thursday, August 15 from 10-11 a.m. At Funeral Alternatives, 25 Tampa St. Lewiston. A graveside service will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Sabattus.
