Biography:

Edward Comeau, 76, of Lewiston, passed away on March 3rd, 2022 at Marshwood in Lewiston.

He was born on Nov. 6th, 1945 to Laureat and Aline Comeau. Ed was raised in Danville, and lived all his life in the Lewiston/Auburn area.

He leaves behind his wife, Madeleine; two sons Lucas and Joseph alongside his wife Kim. He also enjoyed the blessing of having two beautiful grandchildren, Anna and Sean. He had eleven siblings. brothers, Paul, Rick, Norman, Maurice, and Don; sisters, Chickie, Maggie and Claudette. He is predeceased by sisters Jeanne, and Jackie, and a brother, Marc.

For most of his life, Ed paddled his canoe on Lake Auburn as if a beautiful form of worship. He managed to convert many of us who were lucky enough to join him.

The gift he nurtured best was his carpentry. The mastery, good taste, and unyielding patience was the envy of many.

We now will honor Ed's long time wishes and have no service at this time. Take a moment and remember him in a way that only you can.
