Biography:

Patricia A. Bean 82, passed from this life after fighting a courageous battle of cancer. She died Thursday, August 2nd at her home in South Paris, with family by her side. She was the daughter of Arthur and Gertrude Coffin, born in Bryant Pond, Maine and graduated from Woodstock High school in 1954. She married Herman Paul Bean April 16, 1955 and just celebrated 63 years together. They made their home on the Christian Ridge Road in 1962 and raised six children. Patricia was employed the majority of her life in Bridgton, Maine at the Knitting Mill. Upon retirement she wintered in Florida with her husband. She is survived by her husband H. Paul Bean, So. Paris, son Timothy and wife Linda, So. Paris, daughter, Rhonda Bottomly, Zephyr Hills, Fl., son, Stephen Bean and fiancee Patty Plummer, Bryant Pond, son, Andrew Bean, So. Paris, daughter, Lavinia Puckett and partner James Farrah, So. Paris and daughter, Kimberly Bean and partner Rod Westleigh, West Paris. Patricia is also survived by 2 brothers, Fred Coffin and Laurence Coffin and his wife Connie. She has 15 grandchildren and many great and great, great grandchildren. She is predeceased by both parents and brothers Robert and Arthur Coffin and sister Joann Davis. There will be a Celebration of Life held at the Bean Home, 292 Christian Ridge Road, South Paris, Maine on August 25, 2018 at 2:00 pm.
