Biography:
Gladys J. Barrile, 78, of auburn, died on November 4th, 2018. She was born on January 14th, 1940 in auburn to parents Clayton and Lena Corey.
Gladys loved music, playing bingo, spending time with family, taking care of her grandchildren, and of course her New England Patriots.
She was a happy homemaker, and caretaker to many children.
Predeceased are the love of her life and husband, Butchie, whom she married on May 28th, 1966;daughter Tammy; her parents; and sisters Dottie and Ada.
She is survived by her son William, and his wife Carol; daughter Deanna and husband Robert; son James; son-in-law Paul; and her beloved sister, Barbara. She also leaves her grandchildren, Daniel, Justin, Andrew, Kristen, Brittany, Jordan, Julia, and Dylan; as well as great grandchildren, Bliss, Kalysta, Logan, Raina, and Brooklyn.
A memorial service will be held at 4pm on Wednesday November 14th, 2018 at Funeral alternatives, 25 Tampa St. Lewiston, Maine 04240. Donations may be made in memory of Gladys to the Clover Manor Activities Department 440 Minot Ave. auburn, Maine 04210.
