September 20, 2014 | Michael Dunlap - Billerica, MA -- USA

It is with great sorrow that I just recently heard about Johns passing. He was a wonderful man, and I loved him dearly.
We have lost a great man, who had nothing but love for the world, his family, and everyone whom he knew.
My deepest sympathies to Bob, Patricia, Theresa, and Sarah.

March 30, 2014 | Dolores Baker - Montclair, NJ -- USA

I am very sorry for your loss. May wonderful memories help ease your sorrow. "And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection..."(Acts 24:15) My prayers are with you that God's promise of a resurrection will also comfort you. Please accept my condolences.

March 25, 2014 | Brittany McDonald - Wales, Maine -- USA

It was an absolute honor to have had you as my Papa. You are finally free of pain, sorrow, and worries. It was a true honor to have spent your last day on earth with you; it was beautiful. Your loved by many people. See you soon Papa.

March 25, 2014 | Margery Mars - North Monmouth, Maine -- USA

Dear Patricia, Theresa, and Sarah,
It was with deep sadness that I read of the passing of your beloved father. He was such a kind and gentle man, and I always enjoyed meeting with him. He was so proud of you girls and loved telling me about you. We seemed to meet at the Monmouth Post Office every once and while, and he always was quick to share stories about your young adult years. Know now that while God has your father in His keeping, you will always have him in your heart. Although it is difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you in the days ahead. Much love to each of you.

March 25, 2014 | Susan and Bobby Zehler - Waco, Texas -- USA

Sending love, prayers and well thoughts from Texas. We know at this time there are no words that can be said that can ease the pain of a loss. I find my peace with the situation knowing how good of a man Johnny was throughout his life, and that he is now with several of his family members that I know he dearly missed. Finally Charlie and him can catch up on the good times. Johnny I (Bobby) got to meet you once and am glad I was able too. May you rest in peace, and your family find comfort in these difficult times.

Love,
Susan and Bobby Zehler

Im so sorry to hear of Uncle Johnny's passing...some of my favorite childhood memories are of going to visit y'all at the coast, and Uncle Johnny finding me hermit crabs to play with! My deepest sympathy to the family, my heart goes out to you all! God bless!
