Hello Gail. I just learned today that Gerry died last year. I am so sorry -- hope you are doing OK as a (fellow) solo traveler. His obituary was beautiful --- loved the line "a wonderful job as a human being." We should all be so lucky.

Gerry (Pep) was a fine man. He and I were sweethearts in high school. Gerry was full of life, and with his warm personality, he was a friend to many. I was very close to his Mom Rose and Dad Gerard as well. So sad to hear of his passing. Condolences to his wife Gail, brother Steve and his wife, step-children, and grand-children. The world has lost a great person.

Gail & family, I am one of Peps friends from the camp in Bowman town. I wanted you to know that my most memorable moment with Pep was when we broke ground in the middle of the woods to plant a ground cover food plot for deer. Pep was always thinking of how he would outwit the deer and the fish and gave me many enjoyable memories and laughs during the process. I will greatly miss not having him in camp discussing the day and talking about the many antics he/we conducted, with Steve mainly, throughout the day. He will forever be a part of my memories of any northern adventure. May God bless you Gail during this time of remembrance.

I will always remember Gerry fondly. He always brought a smile and laughter with him when he came into NECS. He truly was and will always be my favorite patient. Deepest sympathy to Gail!
