I did not know Jim, but my sincere condolences are for his life partner, Linda. I am sorry for your loss. The only thing I can say is "Life is eternal, and love is immortal. And death is the horizon, and horizon is only the limit of what we can see."

Jim,

You were a friend and mentor to me as I began my journey at St. Joseph's College and I will remember you with great fondness as I reflect on the many years that we worked together. You were kind, generous with your wisdom, and your ability to be the calm in a storm was both a tremendous asset as well as a wonder to behold. The world is a poorer place for your passing my friend, but I can only hope that you are at peace and that we may someday cross paths again. My deepest condolences to Linda and your family. Rest well sir; you stand relieved.
