October 22, 2014 | Carol-Ann Anderson - Hermon, Maine -- Penobscot

To Kimfberly, Karen, Margrett, Natalie, and little baby girl waiting to be seen, held, and loved!
Your mom/grandmom loved you all with all the possibility and heart with which one can possibly love--filled to the top and over-
flowing; always and forever she will live on within you. All of you, your dad included, were the greatest gifts to her life, making it a wonderful life to be lived. Her love for you was immeasurable, deep, steady, to be counted upon. I saw this apparent in my knowing her as the mom of two little girls and the wife of, to her, an incredible man.
I knew her, but not as well as I knew you, Kimberly and Karen, but you reflected her ideals, who she was as a person and a mom. I knew her beautiful spirit, I saw, and sensed and felt. I was blessed in the know-ing and having of those two little girls and blessed through them by coming to know their mom. The knowing of her is a thing that stays with a person. May she and all the pleasant memories made of mom in family stay with you forever and bring you comfort and peace. My heart is with you, I feel, I sense, I know. Wishing you peace, and the hope that comes with time's passing as the memories of her beautiful life replace the sense of loss and grief.
With deepest sympathy,
Carol-Ann Anderson

To Dale: Years go by, but all memories of you and your family are "close to today" yesterdays, as they are strong, vivid, so with me and present.
It is with true respect, sincerity, and devotion to you and your family that I ex- press my sorrow at your loss of Natalie. I am truly saddened and sense with deep empathy your feelings of grief and loss.
My memory of her is thus:
Always connected to me with a smile, eye contact read as a person genuine in her nature, supportive in my teaching and caring for your children, gentle, so gentle, peace flowed through her to others--to me, always inserting in conversation words reflecting her love of you, Kimberly and Karen.
You were so much to her, Dale. You were in every way possible the wonderful husband, her soul-mate, and the exemplary dad to the two daughters your love created. You were most wanted by her, and most given to her. It made her life one of contentment and quiet joy.
I am thinking of you throughout this most difficult time with deepest empathy and hoping that for this day, tomorrow, and always your sorrow may be lifted by the memories that will bring peace to your soul.
With sincerity,
Carol-Ann Anderson

Dale, Kim, and Karen,

My thoughts are with you as you grieve. Natalie was one of a kind, such a lovely sweet lady. I worked with her & Evelyn many years ago at Regional, and later on enjoyed our regular gatherings at Applebee's. She always spoke so lovingly of all of you with that special sparkle in her eyes. You were so fortunate to have such a wonderful family life together. My condolences to all of you and her extended family. She will be greatly missed.

October 22, 2014 | Jean Calderwood - Harpswell , Maine -- USA

My condolences to Karen, Kim and Dale. No words can ever express what is in minds and hearts at a time like this. I always feel that all one can do is to hold out the hand of kindness and understanding. Doing just that in her memory is a marvelous way to take a tiny step toward making the world a better place. I really like your thoughts on that and I shall attempt to give of myself - not just today but everyday. Let me start by sending hugs to all three of you with heartfelt sympathy and understanding. Jean

Dear Dale, Karen and Kimberly,

We send you our heartfelt condolences and have all of you and Natalie in our thoughts and prayers now and in the difficult times ahead. Natalie was the embodiment of kindness and generosity and she imparted her gifts in a way that not only brought happiness, but inspired and enabled those qualities in others. Those dearest to her are the best evidence of that and how fortunate we all are to know and experience the legacy of her gracious spirit in her dear daughters.

With deepest sympathy, Cheryl, Wayne and family
