Serge was a true pillar of the Chelsea Yacht Club. He served two terms as Commodore and the the major renovation project that brought our club house into the 20th century and which will serve as a memorial to his skill, dedication, and spirit.

I was so sorry to hear about Serge's passing. I worked with Serge for a number of years through Rebuilding Together. As a member of the board he always gave his best ideas and support to the organization. And, of course, he was so generous in giving his "hands on" help as well. I am sorry to learn of the passing of Serge. I had the privilege of getting to know Serge working with him on Rebuilding Together. He had a vast knowledge of things and never hesitated to offer a helping hand. The best part of Serge was his gentle nature, kind spirit and sense of humor that he shared with a mischievous twinkle in his eye. Condolences to Helen and family. It was an honor to know Serge.
