My thoughts and prayers go out to the Carter family. Franklin loved the Lord and loved to share it with all. My greatest memory of Franklin is him standing kettles at Christmas time and bible studies at his home with his wife. He loved the Salvation Army and was proud of what the Army stood for. He was a true soldier for Christ. He will be missed but he will be in a happier place.
