Biography:

Jacqueline I. Martin—Auburn--Jacqueline I. Martin passed away July 19 at CMMC in Lewiston. She was born November 29, 1933 in Lewiston, daughter of Lucien and Antoinette Robitaille Morin. Jacqueline was educated in Hudson, New Hampshire and then worked in various jobs eventually retiring from Maine Electronics. Her past times included crafts, playing bingo, going to the casinos and being with family and friends. She was predeceased by her spouse, Gilman Martin as well as her parents, three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her children: Gayle Arsenault and her husband, Tony, Joyce Manyak and husband Stephen, James Martin and Gina Galipeau and husband Jeffrey,  four grandchildren, Lysa Richardson and husband Dale, Rebecca Brady and husband Joseph, Tony Galipeau and wife Kassondra and Brooke Martin.  Two Great Grandsons, Colt and Chase Galipeau, several step grandchildren and great grandchildren, also several nieces and nephews.  The family would like to thank everyone for their kind words, prayers and condolences at this difficult time.  A very special thank you to Dr. Callahan and the ICU staff at CMMC and to Doreen Locke and the staff at Odd Fellows for the exceptional care they gave our mom for the past three years.  Thank you to Ron Michaud for being a special friend to our mom.      Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 25 from 5-7 p.m. At Funeral Alternatives, 25 Tampa Street, Lewiston. Another visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 26 from 10-11 a.m. where a funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt.. Hope Cemetery, Lewiston.
