Biography:

Lucie Irene Berube, 77, passed away suddenly but peacefully on Monday, April 8, 2024.

Born on August 31, 1946, in Lewiston, ME to Leo Bourbeau and Simone (Bolduc) Bourbeau.

Lucie was a lifelong resident of the Auburn-Lewiston communities.

Lucie is survived by her son, Richard Fuller and his wife Sylvie of Auburn, and daughter Tammy (Berube) and her husband Richard Havens Jr. of Haverhill, MA; grandchildren Cindy Fuller, Joshua and Oliver Havens; great grandchildren Iceis and Achilles. Lucie also has many family members and friends that were a vital part of her life and who will miss her dearly.

Relatives and friends are invited to join us for a wake in Lucie’s memory from 1:00-3:00 PM on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Funeral Alternatives Group of Lewiston, ME.

If roses grow in heaven,
Lord please pick a bunch for me,
Place them in my Mother’s arms
and tell her they’re from me.

Tell her I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for a while.

Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day,
but there’s an ache within my heart
that will never go away.
