Roger and I are both saddened at the loss of Morris and wish to offer our condolences to the whole family. Our families have been friends for many years, and we are comforted with all the good memories we have shared. We especially will remember his last visit with us--although he knew what he was facing, he did it with dignity and grace. He was a fine example for all of us. May God Bless and comfort all of you.

To the family of Morris, I offer my condolences. As one of Morris' pilot friends, I enjoyed knowing him, chatting with him and flying with him on several occasions over many years. I regret his loss and will not forget him.

Seems ironic, in a way, to say goodbye at Thanksgiving. I remember reading somewhere that it is better to give than to receive. These wonderful years with a generous, unselfish, giving man...truly the finest example I know of that familiar phrase. All of us are thankful for the times we have shared with Morris; each of us has undoubtedly many stories to share about his caring.
Morris took me *under his wing* years ago...not *giving back* out of guilt, but sharing, in spite of the cost; because that's just Morris!
Now he's on his way again, and we grieve;
he's gone on ahead; and in the best of company! We shall meet again; and it will seem like no time at all.
Morris flew "Angel Flights"; missions of compassion for the less fortunate here on this world; from time to time, each of us will have the chance to do the same; each in our own way. I will always remember.
