Phil and I worked together at Maine die for a few years and was one of the nicest persons I ever met. I visited him a few times at his home he built in Frankfort Maine. May you Rest In Peace my friend.

Phil was a Monmouth Academy classmate of my aunt and my mother, Elaine and Lois Spofford. They spoke highly of him and it seems the Class of 1947 was a tight-knit group. I know he will be missed by his classmates, friends, family, and by the whole town of Monmouth. Personally I miss seeing Phil and Ruth walking around the block daily. What great metal creations in his yard, too!
Terry's and my condolences to the entire extended Prescott family.

We wanted to let Dennis, Melodie, and Victor know how sorry we are to hear about Uncle Phil's passing. We used to stop by your parent's home, when at our camp in Monmouth, and when we saw Uncle Phil and Aunt Ruth outside, usually with your mom in the car and your dad working on his animals. Your dad would share with us what he was doing, and we would get a chance to give your mom a hug. Sometimes, we would have Pat's parents with us, and they would reminisce together. More recently, we were able to visit with your dad this past summer. He told us that he was feeling kind of old, but was looking forward to going to Florida with his family possibly this winter, as he didn't like the idea of spending another winter in Maine. He always seemed to have a twinkle in his eye, and told us lots of stories about hunting with Pat's dad and other adventures. We will miss him!
Our thoughts, prayers, and love are with all of you, Pat(Hill) and Dave St. Hilaire
