We want to express our sympathy to the family at this time. I will always remember Verne for his warm personality and his ability playing baseball. My father, Dud Tribou now deceased, spoke highly of Verne as he coached him in Little League many years ago.

My deepest condolences to Verne's family. He was always a gentleman and excelled at everything he was part of. I saw him last year at the doctor's office with his wife Debbie and even though he was very ill, his attitude was bright and typical Verne. I do remember getting up to bat against him in our younger days and I also remember that I never got a hit off of him. That was typical Verne as well.
God Blessed us all with allowing us to know Verne, now I ask God to take care of him.

I was so sorry to hear of Verne's passing.We went to Edward Little together....I have nothing but fond memories of him. We recently connected on Facebook and it was good to see him....and talk with him. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy. Rest in peace Verne.
