Hi Jane - it's Bill Crowley from the class of 85'. I played with Mike Jeresaty, Steve Brackett, Tim Lyne and many other good friends of Coach Mully's. It's been almost 40 years since we graduated, and we still talk about the important role he played in our lives at Bates. We are so fortunate to be coached by him, and to have maintained such a special friendship over the years. We are all sorry for your loss.
I wanted to let you know that some of us will not be able to make the celebration due to a conflict with Tim Lyne's daughter's wedding in Nashville, TN the same day. Few events could have kept me participating and seeing you and your family, but I'm sure you understand. Please give our best to your kids. Bill Crowley

Dana was a much beloved and highly respected friend to all of us at Kappa Sig. There are so many great and hilarious memories from those crazy years.
Dana had a great and soft heart accompanied by a contagious sense of humor. Above all, he was a loyal friend.
My condolences to Janie and family. Theirs was/is a storybook and inspirational love story.

In Memory of Mully: One of our dearest and most beloved friends from the University of Maine and Kappa Sigma Fraternity. We enjoyed many great times at the Fraternity house and University. Vivian (my wife) and I have some great memories with Dana and Jane at Southport, Cortland, and University of Maine. I already think about him every day and will miss him Forever.

I met Dana in the 7th grade at Waterville Junior High School, and I last saw him 2 weeks before he passed. He was a kind and funny guy. I loved laughing with him whenever I visited him in recent years, as he, Janie and I entered our "golden" (more like "tinfoil" as everything starts to crumble) years. So many memories to list here, but I do know that Janie and Dana could easily have been on American Bandstand (and been better than Justine and Bob). Boy, could they jitterbug. I was always intimated when I danced with him, but Janie could follow him every single step. It turned out that they would continue to dance through the next 60+ years! So special and so dearly missed. See you before too long, Mully!
