April 15, 2015 | Annette & Charlie Steeg - LAKELAND, FL -- Polk

Pat, We were so sorry to hear about Stephen. Louise Allen just called to let us know. I remember him so well when he was just a baby and you lived next door to us on McLellan St. -- he was so cute. Take care of yourself, and come see us if you ever come south.

April 14, 2015 | Richard Ruddell - Woolwich , ME -- USA

I worked with Steve on the base in Brunswick for several years. We frequently enjoyed pizza together as well as lively conversation. He was a nice guy who did his best to not let his disabilities get in the way. In that regard he was a good example for me and my disabilities.

Rest in peace and thanks Steve.

April 13, 2015 | Cheryl Parker - Lisbon Falls, ME -- USA

So very sorry to hear of Steve's passing. He worked in the cubicle next to mine ("Cubicle City") in Accounting on NAS Brunswick and always had a smile on his face, in spite of his condition. And he really zipped around in his motorized wheelchair! My sincere sympathies to his family.

April 12, 2015 | Wendy A. Wright - Bath, ME - Maine -- United States

Sweetest Pat and family:

My hope is your memories of Stephen will sustain you on this journey of grief. Flashes of his smile radiate your soul. Oh the sorrow , losing his love, further anguish and pain because it is blood of your blood. Your baby boy. May today bring you one step further away from grief.

April 11, 2015 | Edward Hannan - Wiscasset, ME -- United States

Steve, I will miss you riding my bus. I enjoyed the little time we spent together talking about soccer and any current sport. The world has lost another good one.
Carry on Christian soldier.

April 11, 2015 | Michael Gagnon - Lauderdale Lakes, Florida -- USA

I had recently connected with Steve via Facebook after many years of losing contact with him and many other family members. Glad I finally did but wish I had done so sooner. Life is too short; we need to treasure what we have as it can be gone in an instant.
RIP Steve, you will be missed.

April 11, 2015 | Jane Leclerc Neenan - Gloucester , Ma -- usa

Steve, most of my life I have spent missing you, your brothers and your sister due to a circumstance I never really understood. Knowing now I have to wait even longer to hug you, makes me cry! I know you have love and peace in heaven with so many people we love up there with you! Please give your dad and my boy Rob a hug for me. All my love your baby cousin, Jane

April 11, 2015 | Kim Knowlton - Natick, MA -- USA
