My deep sincere condolences to the family- I am so sorry for your loss. We had the pleasure to get to know Susan here at Mercy. My coworkers and I enjoyed talking with her. She was smart, and had a wonderful sense of humor. Even in the toughest of times she would have kind words for everyone and anyone. She was a special lady, she will be missed.
