Dear Pam, Tim and Connie,
I am so very sorry to hear of your Moms passing. She was one of my favorite patients at Mercy Primary Care. I know you all will carry on her legacy. She was always thinking of everyone else. I am so happy and honored that I knew her. Rest In Peace Tommie. And, you three hold on tight to those memories.
