I just saw in the Catholic University alumni magazine that Molly had passed away. I too graduated in 1970. What a sweetheart she was. Enthusiastic, gentle, and kind. Her obituary photo shows the same sparkle in her eyes that I remember from those sunny days.

Beyond saddened. I truly loved Molly and all of the sessions we shared for a good decade. She really got me, and we clicked from day one. I will always cherish the wonderful advice and for her words of wisdom.. thank you Molly for being someone I could confide in. My deepest sympathies to her family whom she referred to often in a session. You were very loved.

When Molly moved into her condo in Portland, I gained a neighbor and friend. She was a kindred spirit. We shared a love of gardening and "digging in the dirt". She created a lovely courtyard full of all sorts of beautiful flowers and shrubs. It was lovely sitting outside with her on a sunny day enjoying our gardens and talking about the world and life! I miss seeing lights on in her place and will especially miss having someone to garden with. Peace to you Molly and your family. Ginger

Molly was a very special person in my life for more than two decades. Our counseling relationship ebbed and flowed and sometimes there were years when we didn't meet, but there was always the sense that she would be happy to talk with me again anytime, and she would never fail to remember important details, no matter how long ago they had occurred. In a busy and challenging life, she was my touchstone. Because of her unconventional style, I know a lot about her kids and grandkids, and she eventually met and worked with multiple people in my extended family. Everyone loved Molly and valued her professional insights. She was never on time, she was always worth the wait, and she is dearly missed. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.

Molly I will miss you. You were such a lovely, sweet person with a great heart that cared for so many people. I remember my visits to the farm in Leeds where you and Nick entertained and we played charades while Catherine and Jon looked on. It is hard to loose dear friends such as you but as I age it is the reality I have come to know. May your spirit be eternal and the promise be kept so one day we shall all be reunited. My prayers to Catherine and to Jon and family and albeit you parted ways to Nick as well as we all complete our Earthly journey. Tom

I grew up with Molly-O in Garden City South NY. Our parents were good friends. I remember her welcoming home, with older sister Catherine and a “Lassie” dog. In later years our paths crossed again when I too moved to Maine. My last memory of her is when she visited our daffodil gardens with a mutual friend. We spent most of the time talking about our memories of growing up in a great neighborhood with good friends. RIP Molly-O.
