Anna was a good friend and classmate for several years. When
I was married for the first time (Buck Bryant, also in Anna's and my class) in 1967, we moved far afield, first to El Paso, TX, then Seattle, WA, and ultimately to Juneau, AK . I regret that on the fairly infrequent times I made it back to Hallowell, I didn't get to see Anna. I am so glad to read that she and Jimmy were very happy and meant to be together. I have to add that Anna's Mom was well-loved by all of our class for the wonderful cookies she made at Christmas. I think that my sister Betty and Anna's brother Steve were close friends.

My deepest sympathy to Jim and Anna's family. I had the pleasure of working with Anna in Vital Records where she brought many days of sunshine and laughs. She was a genuinely giving person who will be missed by us all. I still have the bluebird houses and wooden spatula Jim made for me. They are treasured by my family.
