Your dad was such a special man & will be greatly missed by all who knew him. We will miss him at family gatherings & think of him often. Sending prayers, thoughts an sympathy for your loss.

My sincerest thoughts to the Carroll family. The legacy of Fred Carroll is one of laughter, teaching and helping folks. He was the true Yankee Horse Trader. "Horses, bought sold or traded, Fred Carroll". We shared a bond both as a boy he cared for and as a solder who served in the US Army in Korea. Him in the Korean War and I in 1982 serving on the DMZ he fought to establish. God bless you and rest in peace.
