To the Brunelle Family.
My heart is broken to just hear the news about your Dad. I was his tenant for five years and I will never forget how good he was to me when I lost my brother. Both your Mom and Dad had huge hearts. I text him a few weeks ago and he never responded I knew something was wrong as he always returned a text immediately. My prayers and sympathy go out to your family and hope to join in his celebration of life.

Joe, I am so glad I had the opportunity to see you at your house before you went HOME to be with Theresa. I was good to laugh with you about the times we shared. You said to me that you "love the Man upstairs, but he kept pushing you back." It's all in His time! And like I told you in response, even God wasn't ready for a man like you! When you laughed the way you did, it was something good to see.
My friend, you leave behind too many fond memories to count and I am forever grateful. All the breakfasts, Calumet, laughs... You are surely missed by many as you definitely left a lasting footprint here on earth. Give Theresa a kiss for me!

I am deeply saddened to hear of Joe's passing. I met Joe at the sheriff's office and worked with him until he retired. I enjoyed every minute Joe and I worked together. He always had a story. And when I told him I was considering moving to Arizona, he was quick to give me pointers on where to go and assured me I would love it out there. Joe was a very sweet and kind man and he will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this difficult time.
