Nana, words can not discribe the void that has been left in our hearts since you have passed. I miss you more and more every day. A grandson could never ask for a better grandmother. You where always there when I needed you. I dont know how many times (since you have passed) that I have grabbed my phone and gone to call you, then realize that you are not there. My mom is taking this really hard and I know how much she loves you and how bad she misses you. I thank God for the time we had together and I know that we will be together again someday. Until that day arrives you will live on in our hearts and wounderful memories. I love you so much. Scotty

How can I start to tell you about my IDOL. Aunt Elly was my world starting out at 4 taking me to Mardston Corner Church, oh how I loved our Sundays together. Then I started to cook and that was truly our connection and Deb and Jeff never really got in to cooking, they loved the Drome and I loved that wood stove and the treasure trove of recipes AuntEll could teach me. Thanks for always sharing your Mom with me Deb and Jeff. Oh how I remember my Mom,Dad and Aunt Elly's tea days. After my Mom passed, she became "my mom". She always told me "Heaven surely got angel the day he called her home". I will love and miss you forever AUNT ELLY.All my love to Deb And Jeff and family. Love Brenda
P.S. Everyone up there enjoy the pickles, chocolates, and jellies.

I will never forget you gram! I have so many memories of you and grandpa! I am sure you and grandpa are up there with Uncle Jr, Aunt Irene and my dad and my brother Rick having a wonderful time!!! My biggest memory is after my dad passed and we lived with you for a short time and had Christmas with you that year...I will never forget your jams and jellies and chocolates you made for Christmas every year! Always working in your garden while Grandpa worked in his workshop.
Love and miss you! But so many happy memories...thank you

There's a million things I want to say to you Maud. I feel like there's a hole in my heart that might never be full again. You were so special and touched so many lives. You are the mold that each Nana should be cut from. I miss you so much and think of you every second. I know your sitting on a cloud with Grandpa smiling and rejoicing. Someday, we'll all be together again. But until that day, I love you and will miss you! I promise to keep your famous recipes alive. Thank you for teaching them to me and thank you for all the wonderful memories we've made over the years.

She was always Aunt Elly to me. She had a heart of gold, so kind to everyone. I never heard her speak a bad word about anyone. She appreciated everyone and everything in her life. Aunt Elly will always be remembered and missed by all her knew and loved her.
God Bless her Family.

My dear cousins I am at a loss for words this morning reading Aunt Elly's obituary. Memories of going to visit with WesnElly (I thought their name was all one word when I was little) are flooding back. Celebrating Grammas 90th birthday and seeing all of you for the first time in years.
Prayers for you as you grieve the loss of your mom. I'm going to try and make it to the funeral.
