For more than 21 years, Rolande built a meaningful career with John F. Murphy Homes. Her dedication and compassion made a lasting difference in the lives of those she supported and worked alongside. Her presence brought comfort and strength to many throughout her years of
service.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 42 years, Mark Wing; their eight children; her brother Alan; numerous grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Roland and Barbara Hatfield; her brother Leslie Jenkins; and one cherished grandson.
Rolande embraced life’s simple joys—dining out, visiting casinos, and spending time with family were among her favorite pastimes. She held a special affection for butterflies, a reflection of her vibrant spirit and gentle heart.
Her warmth, humor, and unwavering support will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her. May her memory bring comfort to those whose lives she touched.
