Biography:

Larry Paul Williams, 70, of Minot died suddenly November 15, 2025 as a result of a tragic automobile accident in Lewiston. He was born in Lewiston June 2, 1955, a son of the late Robert V. Williams and Elaine Stone Williams. Larry attended Lewiston schools. He married the love of his life, Diane Thibodeau Williams August 1, 1980. Larry was a very devoted husband and they were inseparable for 30 wonderful years. Larry worked for many years at Bath Iron Works and also at Superior Concrete until his retirement. Larry enjoyed working and tinkering on his various vehicles with the help of his wonderful friends. He also loved to take his boat out on the lake to do some fishing. For the last few years Larry's greatest joy was to be with his partner Amiee and attending the many activities that Jaycob and Kristyn participated in. Larry was thoughtful and kind and loved talking with everyone. He will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Larry is predeceased by his wife Diane, mother Elaine, father Robert. He is survived by his partner Amiee Sloan and her children, Kristyn and Jaycob; two sisters and brother in laws; Pat Saucier and husband Ryan and Denise Blais and her husband Gerry;five half brothers, several close cousins and many great friends. There will be no services at Larry's request. Burial will be at a later date at St. Peter's Cemetery.
