Carmel Morin

Biography:

Carmel was born to Raymond and Ruth Morin on November 13, 1949 and passed away on September 1, 2025 at the age of 75. He graduated from Gray-New Gloucester HS and University of Southern Maine and Wheaton College in Illinois.

He enjoyed reading, gardening, cooking, and loved to travel. He catered a number of his nieces and nephew's weddings. He was a caretaker at an estate in Falmouth Forside and a grounds keeper in Bath. Carmel was a teacher in Oxford and Lewiston, Maine. 

Carmel is predeceased by his father Raymond, mother Ruth Morin, and sister Rosanna Tripp.

Surviving are sister Rebecca Garey and brother in law Richard, brother Calvin Morin, sister in law Michele, brother in law Ronald Tripp, 13 nieces and nephews, 54 great nieces and nephews, and 41 great great nieces and nephews.

Carmel will be surely be missed by all that knew him.

Funeral Service will be held at East Auburn Baptist Church 560 Park St. Auburn, ME 04210 on September 13, 2025 at 10AM.
