Biography:
Joan Beaule Morin, 88, passed away in her home on August 2nd, 2024. She was born on Friday the 13th of March in 1936 to Arthur and Elizabeth (Rancourt) Beaule. Joan married Conrad Arthur Morin on October 12th, 1953 and they were married until his passing in 1992.
She worked many years at various shoe shops in the area, as well as Webster Rubber in Sabattus, Penmor Printers in Lewiston and Rolly’s Diner in Auburn.
Joan lived in Lewiston and Sabattus for most of her life and moved to Auburn several years ago with her daughter Heidi and Bo, her beloved pit bull. Joan always enjoyed watching her “stories” each day and always monitored Fox News. Her only regret would be that she would not be able to vote for Trump for the 3rd time.
She is predeceased by her husband Conrad Morin, daughters Nancy Spencer and Kelly Wight and her sister Paulette Belaire.
She is survived by many including her siblings Pauline Todd and her husband Garvey of San Diego, CA, Dana Beaule and his wife Nancy of Monmouth, ME, Children Nina Bartlett and her husband Steve of Auburn, Sue Pleau and her husband Paul of Lewiston, John Morin of Sabattus and Heidi Morin of Auburn. Her sons in law Jim Spencer of FL and Ron (Bubba) Wight of Lewiston. Grandchildren Jacob Spencer, Todd Spencer and wife Jaime, Becky Spencer, Brittany Williams and her husband Mike, Everett Rice and his wife Kristen, Curtis Rice, Laura Pomerleau and her husband Al, Erica Bruns and her husband Dylan. Joshua Savard and his wife Amanda, Elizabeth Cormier and her husband Jim, Cody Pleau and his wife Cassandra, Ron Wight and his wife Danika. Surviving great grandchildren include Hunter, Cooper and Marlee Spencer, Avery Albert, Madden and Spencer Williams, Keegan, Paige and Carson Rice, Kacie Albert, Mackenzie and Zoe Rice, Corbin Pomerleau, Henry, Amelia and Madeline Bruns, Mason Savard, Charlie Cormier, Grace Pleau, Brady and Bentley Lamontagne and Ayla Wight and of course her dog Bo even though he is not a German Shepard.
A private gathering will be scheduled at a later date.
