Biography:

Joan Hatt 93, of Brunswick, Maine passed peacefully on June 6th,2025.

Joan Hatt was born on February 16,1932 in Bangor Maine to Maxwell D. Hatt and Evelyn G. Girouard.

 Joan spent her time working at LL Bean. When Joan was not working, she spent her time traveling. She loved to go spend time with her friends in Canada. Joan was an animal lover at heart. She always had pets. Her dogs Sasha and Bridget were her best companions.

Joan was predeceased by her brother James A. Hatt and both parents, Maxwell and Evelyn.

 She is survived by her loving partner John Schwab. Her nephews James Hatt and Jeff Hatt.

In Lieu of flowers, Joan would like you to donate to any animal shelters in her name.

A graveside service will take place on June 19th, 2025, at the St. Johns Cemetery at 1pm.
