Date of Birth: February 15, 1964

Biography:

Amanda “Mandy” (Erlebach) Fowler, 61, of Woolwich bravely passed on Jan. 8, 2026 at Mid Coast Hospital, with her loved ones by her side.
Mandy was the youngest of seven children born to Carl & Emily Erlebach of Bath.
Predeceased by siblings Ronald, Theresa & Dorine.
Survived by brother David, Sisters Pauline & Malinda, who was also her best friend. Many nieces and nephews (a special Thank You to Brandon, wife Lyza, Carla & Punky for their support and visits). And Hal, her loving husband of 13 years. The two lived in Woolwich with another best friend; their dog Tilly who spent hours entertaining them at home and along many trips they took together.
Mandy’s favorite place to visit and where the two were Married; Baily’s Beach, Small Point, ME.
Mandy dearly loved her 5 grandchildren; Wyatt, Cash, Boyd (Rowe), Lily, Charlotte (Fowler), for all of their accomplishments and visits. And always appreciative and supportive of their parents, Sarah & Lonny (Rowe), Nathan & Heidi (Fowler).
Mandy’s life was marked by a deep commitment to family, friends and all creatures large and small. She was extremely dedicated to her jobs, particularly as an Emergency 911 Dispatcher, a  position she held for nearly 24 years.
Mandy had tremendous respect from community members who called with emergencies, many knowing her personally. Although Mandy loved her dispatch job, she always said she had the most fun working at Bath Lumber Co.
Mandy’s passions were widespread; flower gardens; always subject to her camera, all genres of music - she once caught Peter Frampton’s tamberine at a concert. Her ability to recite multiple lines from her favorite movies, ask any Sag Dispatcher!
Mandy had a loving sense of humor and desire to help anyone in need who crossed her path.
Anyone that really knew Mandy can attest she had the best hugs in the entire world; you were blessed if you were the one on the receiving end.
Mandy was a beautiful soul. We are all certain she was greeted with open arms and is now at peace.
A graveside service will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery in Bath, Friday May 15th at 12 noon, reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mandy’s honor can be made to: Midcoast Humane Society, Brunswick. Maine.
