Biography:
On November 30, Heidi Coulombe age 60 passed away peacefully at her home with her loving family by her side after a courageous fight with cancer.
Heidi was born and raised in the Lisbon area and graduated from Lisbon high school in 1983 before settling down in Lisbon to raise her beautiful family. Heidi was a devoted, mother, grandmother, sister, Aunt, and a special friend to all who knew her. Heidi took people in as they were and loved everyone fiercely and unconditionally.
Heidi would describe herself as a jack of all trades as she always enjoyed puttering around her home, finding new things to learn and enjoyed every day. Heidi loved learning So much. She returned to college later in life to fulfill her dream of caring for others when they needed it most. In her spare time, Heidi took great pride in her gardens, enjoying nature, camping cooking crafting, and spending time with all who were important to her especially her five grandchildren, even during her battle with cancer Heidi still showed unwavering kindness and endless love for others by walking over 30 miles with her rescue dogs to raise money for the American Cancer Society.
Heidi was pre-deceased by her daughter Meagen mother Linda Niemi sister Linda Bouchard and sister Janet Joyce.
Heidi is survived by her three children, sons, Joseph, McCarthy of Moab, Utah, Christopher.
Coulombe, and wife, Nicole of Lisbon, daughter, Abigail Roy of Lisbon, siblings, sister, Susan Langelier of Phippsburg, Debra, Brissette, and husband, Gary of Lisbon, brother, Herman Hughes, and wife Ana of Lisbon, five grandchildren, Madilyn, Emma, Bryan, Lydia, and Avey and many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to her oncology and hospice team for their compassion and wonderful care. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the greater Androscoggin Humane Society. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025 from 4-5:30 Pm with a service to be held at 5:30 at Funeral Alternatives, 25 Tampa St. Lewiston, ME
