Biography:
WHITEFIELD - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth R. Bossie, or better known as “Ken” by many, 52, on July 30th, 2025, at MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta, Maine with his family by his side.
Ken was undoubtedly an amazing family member and friend to all who had the privilege of knowing him. It was no secret that he was selfless and would help anybody and everyone that could use a hand. In fact, him and his wife Michelle always had open arms for many of his daughter’s friends as if they were their own. If Ken wasn’t home, you could probably find him up at camp in Tomheagen Township, ME where he enjoyed spending a majority of his time with his best friends Jody and Diana. Ken’s hobbies were hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and pretending to hate the cat, Ellie, but often was found snuggling with her in his chair. We cannot forget about his puppy, Cooper, who he was inseparable with and adored very much. Above all,
his absolute favorite thing to do was taking long trips on his motorcycle with his wife.
Ken was predeceased by his father Richard Bossie; and father-in-law Donald Peaslee Sr. He is survived by his loving wife Michelle Bossie of 27 years; his daughter Kayla Bossie; his daughter Ashlee Bossie and her significant other Justin Rollins; his mother Connie Bossie; his brother Mike; his brother Norman and wife Nancy Bossie; his sister Barbara and her husband Greg Dostie; his sister Syndie and her husband Stan Sproul; along with his many nieces and nephews.
Ken will be forever loved by everybody in his life, always missed, and surely never forgotten.
The celebration of life will take place at 1PM on August 9th, 2025, at 125 Ryder RD, Farmingdale Maine, at the Norton farm. With a great thank you to Jody, Diana, and gramps Norton. We would appreciate if everybody wore casual attire as this is what Ken would want.
Please refrain from any drinking until the service is over and lunch is served, there will be an option at the end for a cheers.
We would like to extend a thank you on behalf of Ken and our family for all of the love and support through these tough times.
